Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with hotel policies.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk area.
• Adhere to hotel procedures, policies, and security protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, tourism, or related program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
